St. Charles Parish Finance Department

Finance AwardThe Finance Department assists the Parish President in preparing and executing the parish budget and capital program.

This department, which was created by the Home Rule Charter, is also responsible for disbursement of all funds in the parish treasury, preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and maintenance of records of parish indebtedness.

In an effort to promote transparency, the Finance Department posts recent approved parish budgets, audits and sales tax collections information online.
