BUILDING THE BRIDGE: PLANNING AND ZONING'S KAREN MAY RETIRING

Karen May, receptionist for the Department of Planning and Zoning is set to retire on Aug. 19 after 11 years of services with St. Charles Parish.

"I plan on spending more time with my family, both near and far and especially my two grandchildren," said May.

May also plans on traveling, gardening, cooking, sewing, crafting and reading.

"I have enjoyed working with the public of St. Charles Parish these past 11 years," said May.
