FREE MEDICAL SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTS UNTIL JULY 21

Services Being Offered as Part of Louisiana Care Innovative Readiness Training

Louisiana residents needing medical care can now receive no-cost medical services in one of three locations from 8a.m. – 4 p.m. July 12-21. The locations are as follows:

  • East St. John High School, 1 Wildcat Drive Reserve, LA 70068
  • Assumption Parish Community Center, 4910 Highway 308 Napoleonville, LA 70390
  • Amite High School, 403 South Laurel Street Amite, LA 70422

The services are being provided as part of the Louisiana Care Innovative Readiness Training, a partnership of the U.S. Department of Defense and Delta Regional Authority. The services are offered to patients ages two and up and include: basic medical and wellness exams, optical exams and dental exams, extractions and fillings.

No proof of insurance or identification is needed. While supplies last, patients will be assisted in the order in which they arrive.
