Registration is now open for the St. Charles Parish Department of Community Services’ Summer Enrichment Program: a program that offers recreational activities, fieldtrips and educational components for children ages 5 through 12.

The program is scheduled from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday from June 4 until July 13 at the following locations:

  • Killona Community Center. 201 Highway 3141, Killona, La 70057. (985) 331-3030
  • St. Rose Community Center. 608 Mockingbird Lane, St. Rose, La 70087. (504) 305-5138
  • Boutte Community Outreach Program. 119 119 Magnolia Ridge Boutte, La 70039. (504) 615-1375

Lunch will be provided free-of-charge for attendees as they will be transported to nearby sites participating in the Summer Food Service program: a U.S. Department of Education program that ensures children in lower income areas continue receiving nutritious meals during the summer.
