The mission of St. Charles Parish Animal Control is to provide a service to the people by protecting the animals of St. Charles, securing a safe environment for all homeless creatures and improving the quality of life for all animals.

Saturday Adoption Showings: 8 a.m. - noon

St. Charles Parish Animal Control helps enforce local animal cruelty laws and provides a shelter for homeless pets within in the parish. Animal Control works closely with the St. Charles Parish Humane Society to evaluate and adopt out healthy dogs and cats. The Humane Society raises money to provide shelter animals with medical care and other health-related needs. In coordination with animal shelter staff, the Humane Society also provides a variety of programs to promote pet spay/neutering awareness.
